If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will send you an expedited replacement right away.

We ask that you allow 2 weeks for your skin to adjust and see the transformative effects of your organic Lesse products. As with all beauty products, skin naturally takes time to adapt.

We hope you love your Lesse essentials but, if for any reason you’re not happy after 2 weeks of use, please let our team know. We will work with you to find the best solution.

All exchange and return inquiries must be made within 30 days of receipt of product.
