HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
As soon as your package is collected by the carrier, you will receive an email or text message with tracking. Please note: it may take up to 24 hours for tracking to show the estimated date of delivery.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
The timing of delivery depends on your location within the U.S. Most orders are delivered within 5 business days, with some slight delays common around the holidays and other busy shipping seasons.
TRACKING SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT I CAN’T FIND IT, WHAT DO I DO?
Please ensure you carefully check all possible delivery locations around your building. Occasionally tracking will show delivery of your package when it has only arrived at your local post office, so please allow up to 48 hours for final delivery.

RETURNS
Consistency is key with natural skin care products. Although some may notice an immediate transformation, it can take up to 2 weeks for your skin to adapt to your new products. The most visible results will appear within 8-12 weeks of consistent use.
Since skin care products cannot be resold once opened and in an effort to minimize waste, please contact our team prior to ordering should you have any specific questions on LESSE products and how they will work best within your daily skin care ritual. Returns will only be offered in extenuating cases, as determined by our team. We reserve the right to limit or refuse a return based on internal policies.
