We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders via USPS. Expedited shipping and international shipping options are available at check out, at varying rates based on destination and speed of delivery.

All orders are carefully packed by our team and ship directly from our warehouse in California.



DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?


We currently ship to home and commercial addresses in the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand — with new destination countries added intermittently.

HOW SOON UNTIL MY ORDER SHIPS?


Our team will begin preparing your package for shipment as soon as your order is placed. If your order is placed before 11am PST Monday - Friday,

we endeavor to ship same day. But please allow up to 2 business days, or 4 business days during holiday periods.



HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?


As soon as your package is collected by the carrier, you will receive an email or text message with tracking.

Please note: it may take up to 12 hours for this tracking to show the estimated date of delivery.



HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?


Once your order departs the warehouse, delivery typically takes 1 - 7 business days. During holiday periods, international shipments may take

up to 10 business days to arrive.



TRACKING SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT I CAN’T FIND IT, WHAT DO I DO?


Please ensure you carefully check all possible delivery locations in and around your home or apartment building. Occasionally, tracking will show that your

package has been delivered when it has only reached your local post office. Please allow up to 48 hours for your post office to then deliver to your home.

RETURNS


Consistency is key with natural skin care products. Although some may notice an immediate transformation, it can take up to 2 weeks for your skin to adap

 to your new products. The most visible results will begin to appear within 8-12 weeks on consistent use.


Since skin care products cannot be resold once opened and in an effort to minimize waste, please contact our team prior to ordering should you have any

specific questions on Lesse products and how they will work best within your daily skin care ritual. Returns will only be offered in extenuating cases,

as determined by our team. We reserve the right limit or refuse a return based on internal policies.
