VILLA LA ROCHE

Designed and built in the mid 1920s by Le Corbusier and his cousin Pierre Jeanneret, this former residence is a monument to modern architecture. It was where Le Corbusier first implemented all his five points of new architecture: the open plan, free facade, long windows, rooftop garden, and pillars to raise the home from the ground.

MUSÉE RODIN

Where to go in Paris when you have an entire afternoon to spend walking through halls featuring iconic works, or lingering in the sculpture garden. In a city known for its countless galleries, the Musée Rodin continues to be one I return to again and again.

MAISON LOUIS CARRÉ

The only French residence designed by Alvar Aalto, a visit to this property is worth the drive. A perfect day trip from Paris for those who love architecture and interiors.

DELICATESSEN PLACE

The perfect, casual spot to meet friends for a drink and cheese plate, and maybe linger until late at night. A former shoe repair shop turned natural wine bar in the 11th, but in summer the crowd spills onto the street. Walk-in only.

GALERIE CHENEL

A small, beautifully curated gallery known for displaying Ancient Roman and Egyptian art, along with other rare antiquities. It is also beautiful situated right by Pont des Arts, so a perfect stop after the Louvre or time wandering the markets along the Seine.

MARCHÉ AUX PUCES DE SAINT-OUEN

A must-visit when you're in Paris, this sprawling market is where you will find the most exquisite antique furniture and vintage clothing and accessories. I suggest carving out several hours for your visit.

MOKONUTS

When I'm in Paris, I always make time for one long lunch at Mokonuts. The café is intimate and the food is exceptional— so much so that we hosted a dinner here during Paris Fashion Week.

LIBRAIRIE YVON LAMBERT

My favorite destination for art books and magazines in Paris. Expect to sift through Yvon's incredible inventory for at least an hour—spanning photography, contemporary art, and limited editions you're unlikely to find anywhere else.
