MARCHÉS DU COURS SALEYA
The famous market at Cours Saleya is open from Tuesday to Sunday. It’s the perfect spot for local gifts and cuisine—stock up on lavender, try the socca (a chickpea pancake), get your fresh veggies, and smell all the flowers.

A great seafront spot that is run by a young and attentive team. It’s also a great place for people watching, as the tables are right by the promenade.

A simple, old-fashioned restaurant with delicious local dishes. My go-to is spinach pasta and lemon tart. Note: There is no telephone, so drop by to book a table—and they only take cash. It is quite an intimate, cozy setting that makes you feel right at home.

Recently opened, Hôtel du Couvent is a must for anyone who enjoys design, wellbeing and a feeling of absolute ease. It is built around a 17th-century convent—and is like a small French village, with everything you need and more in one place. Plus, our favorite LESSE products are available to purchase in the spa.
